Our Real Estate team is here to support our Franchisees through the real estate process from market studies, site selection, securing locations and leasing details. Our goal is to find the best possible location for your Boston Pizza restaurant!

Design & Construction
Our Team of experts work to ensure your restaurant is an efficient, cost effective and fabulous fit for your market and guide the way from start to finish. Upon completion, we provide on-going support when it comes to your operational systems.

Training
The Boston Pizza ‘Hospitality Leadership Training Program’ takes a hands-on approach to teaching our Franchisee’s, their new restaurant Staff and Management, the fundamentals of running a successful Boston Pizza Restaurant. You and your team will continue to benefit from on-going support through our online learning suite and live teaching sessions.

Operations
Our Franchisees work closely with a Regional Operations Team. Specifically, the Regional Operations Manager provides operational support, supports training initiatives and conducts operational assessments throughout the year to best position you for success. They’re always just a phone call away and are committed to Franchisee profitability!

Marketing
Boston Pizza has created award-winning national advertising campaigns and maintains high visibility through its sponsorships and promotions. We are constantly communicating with our Guests in a variety of media channels, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our restaurants are provided with remarkable marketing support and Boston Pizza delivers marketing programs for every occasion.

How long does it take to go through the franchise approval process?
Our discovery and approval process on average, can be 10-12 weeks. This timing depends on how quickly we work through the necessary steps.
Does Boston Pizza provide a training program?
All new Franchisees will complete our 4-week Hospitality and Leadership Training program at our Corporate Training Centre, located in Mississauga, Ontario and Laval, Quebec. In addition, you and your new team will participate in 2 weeks of on-site training pre-opening and 2 weeks of on-site training post-opening. Beyond this 8-week program, you will have continued access to our Online Learning Platform and the support of our Training and Operations teams!
